IPC is governed by a board, composed of the chief executive officers from eleven IPC members plus IPC's president and chief executive. The board, which meets twice a year, sets the corporation's strategic direction, approves the annual business plan and budget, appoints the CEO and provides guidance and support to IPC management in the implementation of the strategic business initiatives.

Senior Management
IPC has four departments, each are led by a departmental director and a team of talented executives and staff that bring to their respective positions years of experience in the postal industry and in their fields of expertise.
