IPC Board

IPC is a cooperative company governed by a Board, composed of the chief executive officers from eleven IPC members plus IPC's president and chief executive. The Board, which meets at least twice a year, sets the corporation's strategic direction, approves the annual business plan and budget, appoints the CEO and provides guidance and support to IPC management in the implementation of the strategic business initiatives.
