Bernhard Bukovc

Bernhard Bukovc directs the maintenance and expansion of the IPC terminal dues system, including the development of new services and products that make international business more profitable and efficient. He manages the development and enhancement of regulatory services provided by IPC.

Mr. Bukovc joined IPC in March 2007, working across all divisions of IPC. As of 1 April 2008, he became Director, Intercompany Pricing & Regulation. Prior to joining IPC, Bernhard was responsible for regulatory and international affairs at Austrian Post. During his eight years with the Post, he was involved in the REIMS program and other IPC-related services.

Before working in the Postal sector, Mr. Bukovc managed international contracts and EU law at the headquarters of an Austrian bank. He holds law degrees from Austria and the George Washington University Law School in the United States. He also taught international and EU law at an Austrian university.
