Jane Dyer is developing the framework within which senior postal executives can discuss strategic issues for the postal industry, learn from each other and share both information and experience.
Ms. Dyer joined IPC as director, markets and communication in November 2006 from the United States Postal Service (USPS) where her most recent executive corporate management position gave her responsibility for development and execution of global business strategies.
At IPC, she has responsibility for senior executive forums, corporate and member communications, publications and market research. Supported by her team, she is playing a key role in IPC’s development as a proactive, high-profile organisation recognised as the natural partner for the postal industry.
Ms. Dyer’s professional experience at the USPS includes leading transformational initiatives as well as higher-responsibility management positions in marketing, sales and corporate relations.
Ms. Dyer has a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Wayne State University and, as a Sloan Fellow, she earned an MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
