Trends in Innovation in the Postal Market Conference 2011
On 15 and 16 September more than 150 business leaders and academics came together to share ideas and insights with high-level postal and thought leaders during panel discussions, workshops, debates and other result-oriented brainstorming activities. These participants, who are at the forefront of innovation providing thought leadership in this complex and rapidly changing economic and technological environment, were taking part in the IPC-EPFL-sponsored Trends in Innovation in the Postal Market annual conference - the only conference of its kind that looks at the future of innovation and how it will influence different aspects of the postal industry: mail and parcel services, logistics, finance, commercial services and many others.
