IPC Management Training Cooperation
The postal industry faces common challenges in domestic as well as in the international arena, such as changes within the management structure and declining mail volumes driven by the communication and markets trends. In the future, postal operators will need to increase their level of cooperation in order to cope with those challenges. One element of closer cooperation among postal operators is to develop a common management training approach, which is why this year, IPC initiated a new cooperative program in Management Training.
This type of cooperation offers the participants personal and professional development directly related to their businesses’ future needs and responsibilities, and it aims to deliver the needed experience, knowledge and skills through efficient and user-friendly learning methods.
In crafting the Training program, IPC first conducted a demand analysis among its members to identify requirements and possible options of closer cooperation in the field of management training. IPC identified several areas of potential cooperation and is currently developing the first phase of the management training.
