Johan Van den bergh joined IPC in September 1994 to start the CAPE help desk, where posts exchange electronic information on mail exchanges for the planning of operations and the analysis of performance.
In 1996, when IPC introduced RFID technology for its letter performance measurements, Johan was responsible for the management of the RFID equipment and the related hardware and software development.
Since 2007, Van den bergh has been responsible for the CAPE and RFID departments. Both departments play key roles for posts to measure and improve the quality of service of their international mail.
Van den bergh has a Master in Electronics Engineering, with a focus on telecommunication, from the Group T-International University College, Leuven.
