Please find attached the registration form to book a room in the Hotel Dubrovnik (hotel is 5 minute walk from Croatian Post headquarters). The deadline to make reservation is 23 January 2020, after this date we do not guarantee the availability of rooms at the special price.

Taking into consideration Croatia's presidency of the Council of the EU during this period might limit the hotel accommodation options. So, we strongly recommended participant to proceed with booking as soon as possible.

Transport

Bus transfer from the airport – Croatia Airlines bus drives every 30 minutes to Main bus station Zagreb, ticket price is 4,00 € one way, it is 35-40 minute drive. From the bus station, you can reach us with tram number 6 (direction Črnomerec), half an hour ticket price is 0,54 €, it is 10 minute drive, disembark at Trg bana Jelačića station.

Taxi transfer – you can take taxi yourself upon arrival to the airport, prices are from 27,00 – 34,00 €; we can arrange taxi transfer for you, price is 27,00 € one way and it is charged in the hotel.
