The negotiated rate is at 2455 SEK/night and includes VAT and breakfast. Please note that the rate is available to book until 30th April. 
All reservations made after this date is subject to availability at the best available rate at time of reservation. All reservations are to be guaranteed by a credit card and paid on check out. Cancellations made after 72 hours prior to arrival will be charged full cancellation. 
 

Each participant needs to make their own booking by using the booking form from the hotel, to benefit from the negotiated rate.

Should you prefer to make your own hotel booking at another nearby hotel, you are of course free to do so.
