Our INTERCONNECT management and e-commerce solutions team is looking for a Manager Business Analysis and Change Coordination, are you our new colleague?

Job specifications 

  • Gather, validate, and document business requirements (BRS).
  • Manage IT activity (incidents, service requests, change requests, projects) within planning and budgets.
  • Support in process of cost estimations and identification of savings.
  • Model business processes and identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Identify issues, risks and benefits of existing and proposed solutions. Outline business impacts.
  • Support the process of implementing solutions; lead on testing the solutions.
  • Manage and coordinate IT activity (mainly changes and projects) in member groups (IOSC, IOWG, BI User Group, remuneration committees).
  • Support in the task of creating guidelines and manuals.
  • Support the Operations and Remuneration Managers with specific tasks around data analysis, KPI/report calculation processes and reference data.

Requirements

  • You have a degree in a business-related discipline.
  • Experience in business analysis
  • Familiar with Project Management
  • Experience in postal, transport or logistics business
  • Experience with/knowledge of IPC reporting systems
  • Knowledge of postal market dynamics
  • Experience in dealing with user groups
  • Experience with ticketing system (preferably jira)
  • Experience with release planning and system testing
  • Knowledge of Microsoft packages
  • Excellent analytical skills (data and business)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent customer awareness and focus
  • Excellent planning, organising and prioritising skills
  • Good negotiator
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
