In 2017, Korea Post’s postal services division saw a decline in international express demand offset strong domestic parcels growth and improved mail performance, resulting in a 1.5% drop in division revenue. Since 2013, Korea Post’s total revenue has dropped by 13.1%, with declining performance for the postal savings division – in part due to low interest rates – offsetting strong growth in postal and insurance divisions.
