PHLPost’s total revenue grew 0.3% to €61.9m in 2017, with strong growth for retail and express services offset by declines for mail and logistics. Domestic mail volumes fell 10% in the year, while international inbound volumes grew by 10%. In order to overcome the threats to traditional services, PHLPost is actively looking for opportunities to create significant revenue streams from non-core services, including logistics and e-commerce.
