Royal Mail achieved a second consecutive year of strong revenue growth in 2017, with total revenue increasing 4% to €11.6bn. Growth across the group was driven by higher parcels volumes, with domestic and international volumes increasing 5% and 15% respectively. For 2018, the operator is targeting low single-digit revenue growth, with growth for parcels and express services offsetting a 4-6% decline in addressed mail volumes.
