Driven by strong growth for its Postal division, resulting from increased international shipments, Singapore Post’s total revenue grew 9.2% in 2017. International mail revenue grew by more than a third year on year. The operator derived more than half of net sales from e-commerce services in 2016 and 2017. It reported strong growth in last-mile delivery volumes for its parcels and express subsidiaries in Singapore and Australia, while freight forwarding revenue in Asia Pacific grew by more than 10%.
