<p>On 14 and 15 June, the annual IPC workshop on sustainability was held at the Faculty club in Leuven, Belgium. The workshop was attended by 13 posts (An Post, Correos, CTT Correios de Portugal, Le Groupe La Poste, New Zealand Post, &Ouml;sterreichische Post, POST Luxembourg, PostNL, Posti, Royal Mail Group, South African Post Office, Swiss Post and US Postal Service).</p>

On 14 and 15 June the annual workshop on sustainability was held at the Faculty club in Leuven, Belgium. The workshop was attended by 13 posts (An Post, Correos, CTT Correios de Portugal, Le Groupe La Poste, New Zealand Post, Österreichische Post, POST Luxembourg, PostNL, Posti, Royal Mail Group, South African Post Office, Swiss Post and US Postal Service).

During the first day, participants focussed on the preliminary EMMS results and progress to date with a special emphasis on CMP improvements, illustrated by a large selection of best practice cases shared by participants . On day two the participants discussed outcomes of the stakeholder research exercise and looked into posts' engagement and alignment with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

The workshop also welcomed Steven De Schrijver, CEO of Conundra, who made a guest presentation on route optimisation.
