In collaboration with UPU and IATA, IPC has released the second edition of the EDI Guide. Aimed at postal operators, airlines, and industry professionals, the Guide is an introduction to end-to-end process integration through Electronic Data Interchange (EDI).
The benefits of integrating EDI in the mail process can be easily identified: by using EDI technology, users are able to overcome the challenges faced by the industry in terms of customer expectations and regulatory requirements.
