The holiday season is a busy period for postal operators, who have to ensure their operations are up to the task of processing and delivering peak parcel volumes. Moreover, the end-of-the-year holiday season is an important time for campaigns, including the traditional Christmas stamps and ‘delivering’ and answering children’s letters to Santa.
