<p>On 01 and 02 June a workshop on sustainability was held at the IPC office in Brussels, Belgium. The workshop was attended by 12 posts (An Post, bpost, Correos, CTT Correios de Portugal, &Ouml;sterreichische Post, Post Luxembourg, PostNL, Posten Norge, PostNord, Posti, Swiss Post and US Postal Service).</p>

On 01 and 02 June the annual workshop on sustainability was held at the IPC office in Brussels, Belgium. The workshop was attended by 12 posts (An Post, bpost, Correos, CTT Correios de Portugal, Österreichische Post, Post Luxembourg, PostNL, Posten Norge, PostNord, Posti, Swiss Post and US Postal Service).

During the first day, participants focussed on the preliminary EMMS results and progress to date with a special emphasis on CMP improvement opportunities.  On day two the participants discussed the future direction of the programme and reported on the outcomes of two working groups on Climate Change Adaptation and Exchange of last mile carbon emissions for cross border mail.

The workshop also saw guest presentations from: Kevin Rabinovitch (MARS Incorporated),  Lindita Xhaferi-Salihu (UNFCCC), Edgar van der Brug (Ecofys) and Justus Koek (PricewaterhouseCoopers).
