Parcel Performance Reporting

Monitoring priority and non-priority parcels

IPC’s Parcel Performance Reporting (PPR) is a service for monitoring priority and non-priority parcels for postal operators throughout the world.

Created in 2006, the PPR is coordinated by IPC based on operators’ requirements. A dedicated Parcel Performance Reporting User Guide is available for the operators and is updated by IPC as service requirements change.

The group is currently composed of 14 posts. The current participants are postal operators in: Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway, Slovenia, Slovakia, Sweden and Switzerland.

Project Management, Development and Item Monitoring

IPC oversees adherence to the terms of the agreement among the participating operators in the PPR Group and provides monthly dedicated performance reports. The PPR service has been enhanced according to the operators needs and is made available to any post requesting it.
