The panel is the full responsibility of the company Kantar, an external contractor independent from IPC and its member posts. Kantar was mandated by IPC for recruiting and supporting volunteers who will send and receive UNEX™ test letters and small packets from one country to another, as of 2022.

The information below is destined to:

  • People offering their services to be part of the measurement
  • Existing panellists having trouble logging in to the Panel Zone
  • Contacting Kantar for information
  • Existing UNEX™ panellists who want to share a specific experience with IPC
     

If you wish to become a UNEX™ panellist:
Please visit Kantar’s sign-up page here, and click the ‘Register now’ button at the bottom of the page. The team will be in contact with you when there is availability in your geographical area. If you have any problems signing up, please contact the Kantar team at [email protected]. 

If you are already a UNEX™ panellist and have specific questions for Kantar:
Please log in to the Panel Zone and send a message to the Kantar team via this online tool. On the Panel Zone you will also find guidelines and a FAQ section which provide more information about your participation.
 
If you are already a UNEX™ panellist and are having technical issues with the Panel Zone, e.g. logging in to the Panel Zone or registering an item:
Please contact the Kantar team at [email protected] with details of your issue and indicate your Panellist ID to allow the team to assist you as soon as possible.
 

Please do not contact IPC directly regarding any of the scenarios mentioned above.

To ensure credibility and reliability of the results provided by the UNEX™ system and to guarantee to the public the independence of this measurement, the participants of the panel (sending or receiving test letters) and their contact details should remain unknown to IPC at all stages.

However, if you are already a UNEX™ panellist and you wish to share a specific experience with IPC which you feel that IPC, being responsible for the overall management of the study, should be aware of, please contact the IPC UNEX™ team.
