With the decrease in letter mail as a proportion of postal revenue, the main challenge for posts is how to adjust their business model to be more diversified in a positive and profitable way. It is important for postal operators around the world to work together.
Every company is at a different point on the diversification journey. The 2024 IPC Annual Conference will help posts find the common denominators, enable the exchange of ideas, analyse case studies, and explore the formulation of common strategic concepts that posts could deploy to achieve diverse and profitable long term business models.

The IPC Annual Conference 2024 will mainly consist of presentations by postal CEOs. Four different CEO panels will focus on regulations and the USO, diversification (outside of letter and parcel delivery), company culture, and cross-border delivery in the future.
The IPC Annual Conference brings together leading postal chief executives from America, Asia Pacific and Europe to discuss strategic developments in global logistics. Attendance at this high-level conference is by invitation only, and is open to postal CEOs accompanied by one or two senior executives.

How to register
The event section of the IPC website is only accessible to people with a valid IPC website user account. Once logged in, you will be able to access the conference programme, speakers’ bios and additional practical information regarding event venue, room accommodation and transfers.
As of this year, a new event portal has been created, allowing registered participants to access additional practical information regarding accommodation, transfer information and your personal meeting agenda, based on the meetings you have registered for.
Closer to the event, information about your accommodation, transfers and agenda will be provided through both your personal event page and by email.
Due to the Olympic Games that will be held in Paris in 2024 and high demand for accommodation throughout the year, we ask you to register to the event and reserve your room by 26 April.
