Special accommodation rates for the participants were given by the hotel to Poste Italiane.
We have a block booking for 30 rooms (15 double rooms + 15 single rooms) for the night of December 6th at the following rate:
• single 119.00€
• double 133.00€
(net rate, per day, per room, vat and breakfast included) + 6.00 city tax per person
Each participant shall confirm directly their own booking by contacting the hotel at the following email address: [email protected] mentioning the IPC-IOSC MEETING, providing a credit card for guarantee and then individually carry out payment at the check-out in Rome.
Possibility to cancel your room without penalty, at least 3 days before the check in date.
The block booking is valid till November 10. After this deadline, the rooms will be released.
