Since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, posts have been at the forefront, playing an essential role in the communication and delivery of essential goods to both companies and homes.

In order to ensure the safety of employees and customers, posts have taken their own specific measures to slow the spread of the virus, some of which are common and others which are country specific. 

IPC has conducted interviews with some of its member posts in order to hear first hand their experiences in handling the pandemic and to share best practices among posts.
