The post reported steady growth in international mail and parcel volumes, driven by increased lightweight e-commerce delivery demand. However, domestic volumes declined in both segments. To meet growing inbound parcel demand, the post has invested in expanding its parcel locker network and is looking to increase processing and delivery automation.
