Growth for its postal service division, as well as increased commission revenue for its subsidiaries, drove a steady increase in total revenue for Russian Post in 2020.

Domestic demand drove a 12% increase in e-commerce revenue for the year, while inbound international volumes fell by close to a quarter as a result of the pandemic. In 2021, the post began rollout of its parcel locker network, aiming for 5,000 terminals by the end of Q4. For more details download the latest IPC Carrier Intelligence Report for Russian Post.
