The IPC cross-border e-commerce shopper survey looks into the delivery preferences and experiences of frequent cross-border online shoppers.

The Cross-border E-commerce Shopper Survey is conducted with an online sample of around 34,000 global consumers with approximately 1,000 in each country (depending on population). The target group is frequent cross-border online shoppers, who have made a cross-border online purchase in the last year. The target group is determined by quotas based on the age and gender profiles of the online population per country. 

The 2018 Cross-border E-commerce Shopper Survey took place in 41 countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, China, Cyprus, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, the Philippines, Portugal, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Slovenia, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, United Kingdom, the United States and Vietnam.
