"With our Sustainability Advisory Council, we have bundled tremendous knowledge and experience from internationally renowned experts covering the key focus topics in our sustainability roadmap. In March 2021, Deutsche Post DHL Group had announced that it would further increase the pace of the company's planned de-carbonization and invest a total of 7 billion euros in measures to reduce its Greenhouse Gas (CO2e) emissions by 2030 alone. As part of the renowned Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi), the Group has adopted specific targets to reduce its greenhouse gas emissions in line with the Paris Climate Agreement. Beyond the commitment to the environment, clear targets and measures have also been defined for the areas of social responsibility and governance.
