Correos de Chile’s financial performance deteriorated significantly in 2025. Total revenue declined 10.2% to €129m, reflecting a 12.2% decrease in net sales to €124m. Mail revenue fell 15.4% to €84m, while parcels and express revenue decreased 4.9% to €40m. International revenue was particularly weak, declining 34.5% to €29m, compared with a 2.2% reduction in domestic revenue to €96m.

Costs did not decline sufficiently to offset the lower revenue base. Staff costs remained broadly unchanged at €79m, while other operating costs increased 2.6% to €57m. As a result, EBITDA moved from a €9m profit to a €7m loss, and EBIT fell from a €5m profit to an €11m loss. The company recorded a €5m loss for the period, compared with a €1m profit in 2024.
