The IPC Bag Pool is an environmentally friendly solution that streamlines the cross-border postal operations for letters and e-commerce items. It reduces costs by allowing posts to use a common standard bag, enabling the re-use of inbound bags for outbound production and limiting the amount of bag repatriation.

The IPC Bag Pool is a shared pool of standard long-lasting and environmentally friendly mail bags, suited for international priority mail. It is used for registered mail, E-format and letter packet mail, allowing for the transport of e-commerce products, thick magazines, posters and mail items.
