How does it work?

The Cross-border E-commerce Shopper Survey 2025 was conducted with a total online sample of 30,970 consumers. The target group is frequent cross-border online shoppers, who have made a cross-border online purchase in the last year. In this year’s survey, IPC also included a set of questions to understand the use and preference for OOH solutions, C2C e-commerce, and both current and future expected changes in online shopping.

    The field work took place in September 2025 in 37 countries and its key topics included:

    Category, weight and value of goods purchased

    OOH delivery use, means of pick-up and dwell time
