IPC has a Service Desk for all incidents reported outside of normal IPC Business Hours from 19:00 – 07:00 CET for the following IPC systems or services only:

  • Mail Registration Device  (MRD)  
  • Tracking – Interconnect 
  • Common Returns Platform (CRP)
  • Harmonised Labelling Service  

During business hours, please fill in the IPC Service Desk portal and we will respond to it as soon as possible.
