Strong growth for parcels and logistics services drove a 3% increase in total revenue for 2020, offsetting declining demand for mail services across Denmark and Sweden.

Mail volumes fell by close to a fifth in Denmark, while volumes delivered in Sweden dropped by 12%. However, group performance was driven by strong e-commerce demand, with B2C parcel volumes growing by close to a quarter. To meet the growing consumer parcel demand, the post has launched several new delivery services in 2020 and H1 2021, including Sunday delivery, real-time tracking and expanded pick-up point networks.
