This year, Pošta Slovenije has again received the award for the highest quality of parcel delivery in the international DHL Parcel Connect network. It has won the award for the third year in a row, confirming the high level of quality and reliability in the provision of parcel services.

Pošta Slovenije received the award at the annual meeting of the DHL Parcel Connect network, which took place this week in Bonn. The network connects European postal and logistics operators, which together provide parcel delivery in 28 European countries and achieve more than 95% delivery reliability. 
 
Several awards were presented as part of the annual quality assessment of the members of the DHL Parcel Connect network. Pošta Slovenije once again received recognition for the highest quality of parcel delivery and, with a score of 98.6, achieved the highest combined quality index among participating operators. This is based on the timeliness of delivery, measurability of shipments and care for users. 
 
The award represents confirmation of Pošta Slovenije's efforts to provide high-quality, reliable and user-friendly services. At the same time, it strengthens the position of Pošta Slovenije as a reliable and development-oriented logistics operator in the international environment and confirms the importance of continuous investment in the development of services, digitalization and automation of processes, and improvement of the user experience.
