Pos Malaysia’s revenue grew 12% in 2020, driven by higher mail and courier services revenue, as well as strong demand for automotive logistics.

Parcel volumes increased 11% from FY 2018, although increasing sector competition slowed revenue growth. Commercial rates increases in Q1 2020 boosted mail revenue, offsetting a 30% drop seen in mail volumes from FY 2018.
