For the nine-month period ended December 2019, Pos Malaysia reported total revenue of €363m, equivalent to 71.4% of full-year revenue for 2018.

Courier service revenue fell slightly in 2019 because of a malware attack suffered in October 2019, which also slowed growth in courier volumes. The post recorded a return for volume growth in Q1 2020, in part driven by the COVID-19 crisis. To support its growing courier and parcel volumes, Pos Malaysia is investing in increased automation in parcel processing centres.  By 2025, it aims to have automated processing capacity of 1.0m items per day.
