Omniva saw revenue growth accelerate to 10% in 2021, driven by domestic and regional parcels growth.

Delivery to parcel lockers across the Baltic region accounted for just under a third of the group’s total revenue in 2021, driven by higher e-commerce demand and network growth. By the end of the year, Omniva had more than 900 locker terminals across Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. New locker services launched in the year included consolidating multiple parcels for one consumer in individual lockers.

However, the post reported a drop in international transport volumes in 2021, driven by changes to EU VAT regulations in the middle of the year. Despite expanding its service network, revenue for the international business fell 5% in the year. For more details download the latest IPC Carrier Intelligence Report for Omniva.
