Strong growth for domestic parcels, partly offset by declines in transit services and mail volumes, drove 5% revenue growth for Omniva in 2020.

Omniva delivered more parcels in the first nine months of 2020 than in the whole of 2019. The post delivered half of Estonian e-commerce parcel volumes for the year. However, international volumes were impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic, while volumes for the international transit business fell as the post sought to increase service profitability. To meet growing demand for parcel lockers, it plans to significantly expand its network across the Baltics in 2021, extending service access to small communities.
