Driven by growth for international postal services and express delivery services, Slovenska Posta reported a 2% increase in revenue for 2016, with total revenue reaching €313m.

The operator reports it maintained its position as a significant market player in the domestic parcels and express market, as well as leading the mail services market. Recent initiatives have sought to maintain competitiveness in parcel delivery, reducing its prices for many parcel products and introducing alternative delivery solutions, for example.
