Ukrposhta net sales increased 1.1% to €267m in 2025, while total revenue remained broadly stable at €271m as other operating income declined. Growth in domestic revenue and the Mail, Parcels & express and Retail activities offset lower International and Financial services revenue.

Operating profitability improved, with EBITDA rising 7.2% to €10.2m and its margin increasing from 3.5% to 3.8%. EBIT remained negative at −€8.4m, although the profit for the period improved from −€8.4m in 2024 to −€4.2m in 2025. The company also reported substantially higher operating cash flow and equity, alongside significant increases in liabilities and capital expenditure.
