IPC’s Strategic Perspectives on the Postal Market provides a distillation of the cooperative work carried out between member postal operators and IPC in 2011-2012. This year’s edition focuses on social media, mobile commerce and marketing, and how these are driving change in both e-commerce and media services, including direct mail. We also look at the implications for postal digital business and how the postal sector’s initiatives in sustainability compare with other industry sectors.
