The Cross-border E-commerce Shopper Survey 2024 was conducted with a total online sample of 31,000 consumers. The target group is frequent cross-border online shoppers, who have made a cross-border online purchase in the last year. In this year’s survey, IPC also included a set of questions to understand both current and future expected changes in online shopping and the various impacts of the 'cost of living' crisis.
The field work took place in September 2024 in 37 countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, China, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, India, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the UK and the USA.
