The training aims at providing a first view of the INTERCONNECT Service Performance and Service Compliance reporting in the Business Intelligence (BI) Tool
Objective of the session:
Familiarization with the INTERCONNECT KPIs and targets
Run-through the BI INTERCONNECT Service Performance reporting to monitor leg1, leg2 and leg3 performance against standards
Run-through the BI INTERCONNECT Service Compliance reporting to monitor provision of the mandatory tracking events, the capability to transmit them in a timely manner and to populate them with the required data elements
Run-through the BI INTERCONNECT Actual Duration reporting to monitor the transit time of the INTERCONNECT items
