Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the IPC Annual Conference had been postponed to May 2022. It was replaced in 2021 by an exceptional virtual event: the IPC Online CEO Conference. The event was restricted to the 25 IPC member CEOs, who had the chance to hear from each other and exchange experience and vision for the future.

Postal operators around the world adapted rapidly in response to the COVID-19 crisis. Which impact has the pandemic had on letter delivery networks and what are the likely scenarios and business strategies for the future? What will the postal mail network of the future look like?
