<p>International Post Corporation held an Executive Workshop on Communcations, which took place at the IPC headquarters in Brussels on 17 March 2017.</p>

The IPC Communications team organised the third Communications Workshop at IPC Headquarters in Brussels on Friday 17 March 2016. 

The theme of the workshop was “Communicating about postal change and innovation”. This Communications Workshop wasthe occasion for IPC member posts’ communications directors and experts to share best practices and have an exchange on key communications challenges, both internally and externally, in the postal sector.

The following themes were discussed:

  • Internal communication: how to engage with employees through internal communication? How to encourage employees to come up with innovative ideas? How to raise awareness internally of postal industry evolution?
  • Change communication: how to communicate among stakeholders about key changes within postal industry?
  • New communications channels: which are the key channels used in your communications with stakeholders? What is your experience in using new channels?
