March 2020 - Change communication

The main theme of the workshop was “Change communication”. The workshop was an opportunity for IPC member posts’ communications senior executives, managers and experts to share their experiences and exchange best practices with other postal representatives. Prior to the workshop, a benchmarking exercise was conducted to understand how posts were dealing with change communication. During the workshop, a live online poll was also organised. Thierry Lepourcq, Change Management Expert and Program Manager, Proximus (Belgium’s main telecoms operator), was invited to share Proximus’s change management and communication efforts.
