This is a pilot project that, for now, will only accept orders placed using the CTT Virtual Address service . To use this service and receive orders in this locker, simply register on the CTT website or app and choose the Locky Lidl Infante D. Henrique locker. At this point, a virtual address is generated that the customer can use for their purchases, replacing their physical address. When the order is delivered, the customer will receive a code by email or SMS that they must enter in Locky to collect it.

Locky and Lidl Portugal have been in partnership since 2020, with the aim of offering consumers ever more convenience, allowing customers to collect their online purchases from the brand's stores.
Through Locky, the CTT Group currently has the largest network of smart lockers in Portugal (more than 1000) for receiving, sending and returning parcels.
Locky lockers are part of the Collectt network, the CTT Group's new brand that brings together all parcel delivery and collection points in the Iberian Peninsula. Currently with over 20,000 Pick & Drop points, the Collectt network guarantees a more sustainable local service for the collection, sending and returns of express parcels. In addition to Locky lockers, this network is made up of CTT Stores and Points in Portugal and Payshop Agents present throughout the country. In Spain, Collectt Express is supported by partner networks with a significant presence in the country.
