Since December of last year, Poczta Polska (Polish Post) customers have been able to collect their parcels cash on delivery at Żabka locations. The company has introduced further solutions to streamline parcel handling within the PUDO network, this time for customers and couriers.

Label-free shipping – now with a label to reduce the risk of errors

For some time now, Poczta Polska customers have been able to send parcels without having to print a label. After preparing the parcel using the online application  https://www.pocztex.pl/,  they simply need to include the parcel number on the packaging – legibly and permanently.

Conveniences for couriers – greater security and fewer mistakes

In addition to these customer benefits, Poczta Polska is also introducing improvements for couriers delivering parcels for pickup and collecting parcels sent via Poczta Polska at Żabka stores. This change will increase the security and transparency of the pickup process and eliminate the possibility of unauthorized pickups.

Poczta Polska currently has approximately 21,500 parcel collection points, including: post offices, parcel machines, Żabka stores and points belonging to the Eurocash Group (ABC, Lewiatan, Delikatesy Centrum, Groszek, Duży Ben, Arhelan, Euro Sklep).

Of all its partner locations, Poczta Polska customers most frequently choose Żabka stores. These are approximately 12,000 stores – in city centers, shopping malls, and smaller towns. According to data provided by Żabka Polska Sp. z o.o., over 17 million Poles live within 500 meters of the nearest Żabka store.

Poczta Polska strives to make collecting, sending, or returning a parcel through their services a simple and hassle-free experience for customers. This can be done quickly, conveniently, and close to home or work, while also attending to other matters. Poczta Polska has been cooperating with Żabka Polska Sp. z o.o. since 2017, systematically strengthening their relationship and expanding the range of postal services available to those who visit their stores.
