Under today's agreement, Pošta Slovenije will support Temu's Local Seller Program with its national delivery network and the extensive logistics capabilities of the entire Pošta Slovenije Group. The cooperation will enable Slovenian online retailers to access efficient logistics solutions and expand their cross-border reach more effectively.
The companies will also explore the possibilities of further expanding cooperation in the field of postal, parcel and logistics services, including European transport solutions, cross-border logistics in Slovenia and Southeastern Europe, support in warehousing, order preparation and dispatch, delivery to customers, and the development of modern solutions for the last mile.
" The agreement to expand cooperation with the global e-commerce platform Temu represents an important step in strengthening Pošta Slovenije's role as a trusted partner in the development of e-commerce in Slovenia and the wider region. We look forward to continuing our cooperation with Temu and creating even more efficient and user-friendly solutions that benefit both consumers and businesses in the markets where we operate, " emphasized Pošta Slovenije management member Ivana Vrviščar upon signing the agreement.
"In online commerce today, reliable logistics are the key, connecting global platforms, sellers and buyers. With this agreement, the Pošta Slovenije Group is further strengthening its position as the regional logistics backbone for e-commerce in Slovenia and Southeastern Europe, both for goods flows to Europe and for domestic and European sellers who want to quickly and reliably deliver their products to customers throughout the region, " emphasized Matej Raspet, Director of Marketing and the Parcel Division at Pošta Slovenije .
In 2024, it opened its online marketplace (MarketPlace) to European merchants, and in March this year, it expanded it to Slovenia, thus providing local companies with a cost-effective channel for reaching new customers and expanding their business.
