Changes related to the import of goods to the USA and the ZONOS application

We would like to remind you that the Croatian Post has agreed with the company ZONOS to allow the payment of customs duties/taxes using the ZONOS application before the shipment is sent to the US.

The procedure applies to all types of goods sent to the US, including goods marked as "gifts". The procedure does not include the sending of documents or written notices.
 
It is mandatory to submit a correctly and completely completed CN23 Customs Declaration with each shipment.
