Bucharest, August 4, 2026 – The National Company "Poșta Română" expands its role in online commerce through the partnership with Packeta Romania, offering online stores access to its courier services, united under the endorsed brand ZOR of the Romanian Post, as well as to one of the most extensive networks of delivery points in Romania. As a result of the partnership, the network available for parcel delivery and pickup reaches almost 6,000 points nationwide.

The partnership offers online stores access to the national infrastructure of the Romanian Post and to ZOR courier services, through a single logistics platform, facilitating the shipping and delivery of packages to customers throughout the country.

"We have the most extensive postal network in Romania, and this partnership allows us to transform this coverage into a concrete advantage for online commerce. Through ZOR, we bring together our courier services under the same umbrella and bring them closer to the needs of online commerce. Poșta Română can reach places where other networks have a harder time reaching, and this matters both for online stores and for their customers," said Valentin Ștefan, general manager of the National Company "Poșta Română".

The Romanian Post's infrastructure is supported by 41 modern logistics hubs, over 1,000 regular car trips carried out daily and a sorting capacity of over 500,000 parcels per day.

From a commercial perspective, the development of services dedicated to online commerce represents an important growth direction for Poșta Română, by attracting additional parcel volumes and capitalizing on existing infrastructure. The integration of ZOR services into the Packeta ecosystem creates new opportunities for collaboration with online stores and contributes to the diversification of the company's revenue sources.

For consumers, the partnership means more options for delivering and picking up packages, including through ZOR courier services and through the network of offices and post offices of the Romanian Post. The expansion of the network facilitates access to delivery services even in areas where the offer of commercial alternatives is less.

For online stores, the collaboration offers access to the national infrastructure of the Romanian Post and ZOR courier services, integrated into the Packeta ecosystem. Thus, merchants benefit from an extended delivery network and more options for their customers, through a single logistics platform.
