Vienna/Russe/Bratislava, 10 August 2026 – The CEE leading e-commerce logistics provider euShipments.com, a 70 per cent subsidiary of Austrian Post, has today acquired 100 per cent of the Slovakian fulfillment company FHB Group. This move enables euShipments.com and Austrian Post AG, as a corporate group, to strengthen their expertise in the field of automation and technology-based e-commerce fulfillment solutions, whilst also further expanding their fulfillment capacities.
The FHB Group will be fully integrated into the euShipments.com network, with the Slovak company’s management team remaining in place following the takeover. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
Already established in Slovakia through its subsidiary euShipments Slovakia, euShipments.com is reinforcing its position as a premium logistics partner for online merchants in the region. The transaction enables the clients of euShipments.com and FHB Group to benefit from expanded fulfillment and logistics capabilities covering all EU markets, while leveraging the combined know-how, operational expertise, and technological capabilities of both companies.
Peter Umundum, Deputy CEO, Parcels & Logistics (COO), Austrian Post: “With the acquisition of the FHB Group, we are consistently expanding our position as one of Europe’s leading e-commerce and fulfilment providers. Together with the two new sites near Bratislava, euShipments.com will in future operate twelve of its own fulfilment centres and a network spanning 27 countries. This will enable us to provide even more comprehensive support to online retailers in their international expansion, whilst at the same time strengthening the role of Austrian Post AG as a fast-growing European logistics and e-commerce group.”
Svetlozar Dimitrov, Co-founder and CEO of euShipments.com: "The acquisition of FHB Group is a natural continuation of our long-term growth strategy to support our e-commerce clients to sell more competitively all over Europe. We are not simply expanding our network, we are bringing together experienced professionals, complementary logistics capabilities, and shared expertise to build an even stronger platform for cross-border e-commerce across Europe. Our clients will benefit from greater operational capacity and the innovation that comes from combining the strengths of both fulfillment ecosystems."
On the sellers' side, the process was supported by IMAP REDBAENK and ProRate.
ABOUT THE FHB GROUP
Founded in 2008, FHB Group s.r.o. is one of Slovakia’s leading fulfilment providers, offering comprehensive end-to-end logistics solutions for e-commerce businesses. Its range of services extends from goods receipt, sorting and storage through to order picking, dispatch and returns management. This offering is complemented by value-added services such as labelling, repackaging, personalised packaging, quality controls and cash on delivery (COD). In addition, the company offers cross-docking solutions for shippers who do not require storage or order picking.
The FHB Group has particular expertise in the field of automation and technology-based fulfilment processes. At its two sites near Bratislava – Svätý Jur and Triblavina – which have a total of around 50,000 square metres of ground floor space, modern, automated packaging lines, sorting systems and conveyor technology are in use. The site in Triblavina has only recently become operational and is currently in the ramp-up phase. Once fully operational, it will rank among the most modern fulfilment centres in the CEE/SEE region.
In 2025, the FHB Group served around 200 customers and handled approximately 2.7 million parcels. In doing so, it generated a turnover of over 23 million euros whilst maintaining good profitability. The company employs just under 200 staff.
