Royal Mail has launched a new location finder to make it easier than ever for customers to find their nearest place to send, collect or return parcels.

The Find Royal Mail Locations tool on royalmail.com follows the massive expansion of the company’s network, which now includes lockers, Royal Mail Shops and parcel postboxes.

Customers can search by postcode or a large map and use advanced filters to find their most convenient option depending on:

Service type including collection, parcel drop off, or purchasing postage
Opening hours
Parcel size

Royal Mail has the UK’s largest out-of-home network with c.30,000 parcel points, including lockers, shops and parcel postboxes. The company remains on track to reach 45,000 out-of-home locations by 2030.

Find Royal Mail Locations has been launched as part of Royal Mail’s investment in making it as convenient as possible for customers to send and return parcels.
